MECHANICS
To participate, you must book a stay at one of our hotels with active promotion of the campaign: "Don't dream it, live it and participate."
The prizes will consist of the following:
1st place: All-inclusive certificate valid for two (2) adults for seven (7) nights.
2nd place: All-inclusive certificate valid for two (2) adults for five (5) nights.
3rd place: All-inclusive certificate valid for two (2) adults for two (2) nights.
Prize may be used at one of the following hotels: Allegro Playacar, Allegro Cozumel, Occidental Cozumel, Occidental Punta Cana, Occidental at Xcaret Destination, and Occidental TuCancún.
Valid only for new reservations. Canceling existing reservations to rebook is not allowed. Rates for the "Don't dream it, live it and participate" promotion are based on double occupancy per person. 50% single occupancy charge applies. Limited offer while inventory destined for the OVC contest is available.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Additionally, it does not include government taxes, airfare, or airport - hotel/hotel - airport transportation.
PERIOD & PARTICIPATING HOTELS
The validity period of this promotional action and therefore participation will only include reservations made from 07/13/2021 to 08/13/2021 at the hotels: Allegro Playacar, Allegro Cozumel, Occidental Cozumel, Occidental Nuevo Vallarta, Occidental Papagayo, Occidental Punta Cana, Occidental at Xcaret Destination, and Occidental TuCancún with a minimum stay of four (4) nights.
Occidental Vacation Club reserves the right to suspend, postpone, cancel or modify the aforementioned duration provided there are justifying causes, giving sufficient public dissemination through its social Platforms.
PARTICIPANT CODE
The contract owner will receive an identifier code of the contest for reserving with the active promotion of the campaign: "Don't dream it, live it, and participate."
Only one identification code of the contest is allowed per contract, which will be sent to your email registered as the main one in our database, maximum in a period of five (5) working days after the closing day of the active promotion.
Winners will be announced by our social media profiles on 09/01/2021 and by email notification to the winners. In addition, Occidental Vacation Club will communicate personally with the winners through the email provided by the user registered as the main user in our database.
The winner will redeem the prize after having used (check out date) the reservation that originated the participating ticket. The client must book a stay between September 2021 to August 31, 2022.
It will be an essential requirement to obtain the incentive object of this promotion that users correctly comply with any described participation modalities.
The effective delivery of the incentive will be conditional on the winner complying with the conditions specified in these rules and on the veracity of the data provided by the winners to Occidental Vacation Club.
Occidental Vacation Club reserves the right to cancel and expel automatically and without prior notice any participant who deems that they are not complying with the conditions of participation or misusing or abusing the promotion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES
Among other aspects, Occidental Vacation Club is not responsible:
- For the use of the incentive that the winners can make.
- For the services that third companies must provide on the occasion of this promotion.
- Due to failures or incidents in the telecommunications systems, which prevent access or operate normally in the application.
ACCEPTANCE OF RULES
Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these rules and express submission of the interpretative decisions made by Occidental Vacation Club. In addition, without prejudice to the winner's acceptance in digital format, the winner may be asked for a written document accepting all the terms and conditions of the promotion.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel those who are misusing the promotion, carry out fraudulent acts or harm other participants, or establish speculation or business systems. Furthermore, if Occidental Vacation Club or any entity that is professionally linked to this promotion detects any anomaly or suspects that a participant is preventing the normal development of the promotion by illegally altering their records through any technical or computerized procedure or carrying out any acts fraudulent that contravene its transparency, Occidental Vacation Club reserves the right to cancel and even withdraw the incentive automatically and without explanation of any kind, to all those participants who have benefited directly or indirectly from this type of fraudulent actions, and may also exercise all civil or criminal actions that may correspond.
In this sense, Occidental Vacation Club declares that it has enabled the appropriate technological mechanisms and supports to detect any possible fraudulent, anomalous or malicious action that seeks to alter normal participation in this promotion.
Occidental Vacation Club reserves the right to take legal action against those who carry out any type of activity that may be considered manipulation or falsification of the promotion.
Occidental Vacation Club excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the services through which it participates in the promotion, to the fraud of the utility that users may have attributed to them, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in accessing the different pages and sending of participation responses through the Internet, or telephone communications-enabled for this purpose.
The all-inclusive certificate will be considered automatically and definitively expired:
- If the winning client renounces the prize, which will not give them any right to compensation or any other type of compensation.
- In no case will the prize be exchangeable for its equivalent monetary value, nor may it be subject to any change or alteration at the request of the winner.
The participant acknowledges that Occidental Vacation Club will not pay a fee, expense, or remuneration of any kind other than the price agreed upon for the winner of the promotional action. In particular, and by way of identification, but not limited to, all transport costs, extra and additional services, food and meals (if they are not provided for in the all-inclusive package), and fees and surcharges associated with the stay. The object of the reservation and outside the applicable regime will be borne by the award winner, with Occidental Vacation Club and each of the Hotels exempted from any obligation in this regard.
The participant who has been awarded an all-inclusive certificate may not assign it in any way to third parties; For these purposes, the winner must be directly and personally included as a beneficiary of the reservation, unless expressly authorized by Occidental Vacation Club.
To enjoy the award "Don't dream it, live it and participate," the client must have all the payments, monthly installments, and annual maintenance up to date.
IMAGE AUTHORIZATION
By participating in this contest, the winners accept and authorize the Allegro Vacation Club / Occidental Vacation Club, the use of their image in campaigns, promotional and other support materials that it deems pertinent for the dissemination and promotion of Occidental Vacation Club and that is distributed in the country or abroad by any means whether printed, electronic, social networks or any other.
In the same way, it is established that this authorization is voluntary and free and that according to the provisions of the Federal Copyright Law, the company has its authorizations for the use, reproduction, transmission, retransmission of the image in the campaigns. Of promotion carried out by any means and its fixation in projections, video, graphics, texts, films, and all the supplementary material of the promotions and campaigns, establishing that it will be used solely and exclusively for the aforementioned purposes. Authorizing your image to be used for as long as is appropriate.
OTHERS
Occidental Vacation Club reserves the right to communicate and announce winners through our digital channels: social networks, email, and no additional contribution is required to enjoy the prize.
